All content on the Site — including intelligence reports, research findings, frameworks, copy, and visual design — is owned by Second Half Full and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Free reports and Growth Roadmaps are licensed for your internal business use only. They may not be republished, shared externally, or presented as your own work without written permission.
Paid intelligence products (Growth Playbooks, Custom Roadmaps) are licensed for the purchasing organization's internal use. Redistribution, resale, or external publication requires a separate written agreement.
Purchases are processed through Gumroad and are subject to their terms. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you have a question about a purchase, contact deirdre@2hfull.com.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the information is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular business purpose. Intelligence reports reflect research and analysis conducted up to the date of publication and may not reflect subsequent market developments.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Half Full shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (such as HubSpot and Gumroad). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Second Half Full is located.
